Manama Toastmasters Club was founded in the year 1964 & prides itself as the ‘mother of all Toastmaster’ clubs in Bahrain & the Middle East region - District 20 .
It is affiliated to Toastmasters International whose sole mission is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth & with a vision to help the residents of Bahrain to become better leaders and communicators.
The club is renowned for mentoring some of the most prolific speakers & leaders who have achieved great success in leading business organizations, educational Institutions and making a mark in the community not only within the region but all over the world.
Manama Toastmasters Club currently has a vast & diverse membership of over 55 members from 13 different countries making it a truly multinational, multiracial & multi cultural club of men & women of all age groups.
Moreover, our members are from diverse backgrounds comprising of bankers, CEO’s of large organizations, entrepreneurs, educators, doctors, engineers, architects, homemakers, lawyers & a host of other professions who all come together for the sole purpose of improving their communication & leadership skills in a warm, friendly & welcoming environment.
With over 50 years of experience & has established itself as a leading Toastmaster club we celebrate members who have completed more than 30 years with us. The club continues to contribute to the community at large by conducting various programs such as Youth Leadership Programs, Speech Craft, speech contests for schools, etc. on request.

During Ramadan, every Saturday, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
